These terms cover your use of the contexting.app website and its waitlist. The Contexting app isn't available yet. When it launches it will come with its own terms, and purchases through the App Store are also covered by Apple's terms.

Who we are

This website is run by Contexting Ltd, a company registered in Northern Ireland (company number NI745104). Contact us at [email protected].

Using the site

You're welcome to browse the site and try the demo. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or interfere with the site, no automated or bulk signups, and nothing unlawful.

The demo

The interactive demo is an early prototype that shows how Contexting is meant to feel. Nothing you type in it is saved or sent anywhere, and the finished app may look and work differently.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It also doesn't guarantee access, a launch date, or any particular price or feature. Only sign up with an email address that's yours. We handle your email as described in our privacy page, and you can leave the list at any time.

Our content

The Contexting name, logo, design, text and demo on this site belong to Contexting Ltd or are used with permission. You can share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse the design or content without asking.

No warranties

We keep the site accurate and working as best we can, but it's provided as it is, and plans described here may change before launch. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law, or our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as Contexting develops. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction, although if you're a consumer living elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
